18 Grannies enjoyed a stunning days golf at Rye this weekend with bright sunshine, a gentle northerly breeze and roast lamb for lunch. Being slightly down on Rye members this year we played foursomes stableford competition. This was won by Chairman Bob and Draff with 31 points from Baggers and Al Gordon on 29. Roast lamb followed by treacle tart and ice cream, washed down with a nice Rioja, set everyone up for a relaxed afternoon.
